Is each plan for one person?
Yes — every plan is one researcher login. Stakeholders who only read an insight report through a share link do not need an account.
What does "unlimited data uploads" mean?
No row limits on CSV or XLSX files you upload for analysis. Starter is capped at 500 rows per file.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the equivalent of 20% off monthly. The exact annual total and savings are shown on each card.
