Anyone who creates or edits projects, runs analysis, or builds questionnaires. Stakeholders who only view dashboards via a share link don't need a seat.
Can I buy extra seats?
Yes. Team includes 3 seats and can grow to 10 at $59 per extra seat per month. Agency includes 5 seats and adds more at $49 per extra seat per month. Extra seats are selected at checkout and billed together with your subscription.
What does "unlimited data uploads" mean?
No row limits on CSV or XLSX files you upload for analysis. Starter is capped at 500 rows per file.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
How does the annual discount work?
