Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InsightSpheric AI — the market research platform available at insightsphericai.com, including research design, questionnaire building, survey hosting, analytics, and reporting features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

InsightSpheric AI provides software for professional market research: generating research proposals, designing and hosting questionnaires, collecting survey responses, preparing and analysing data, and producing dashboards and reports. Some features are AI-assisted; outputs should be reviewed by a qualified researcher before being relied on.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are for business use by you or your organisation and may not be shared outside the workspace they belong to.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the research materials you create and the data you upload or collect through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Customer Data in order to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Customer Data and do not use it to train AI models.

4. Surveys and respondents

• You are responsible for the content of surveys you publish and for having a lawful basis to collect the data they request.
• Surveys must not request unnecessary sensitive personal data, deceive respondents, or be used for solicitation disguised as research.
• Respondent incentives, panel arrangements, and quota agreements are between you and your suppliers.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
• No attempts to probe, disable, or overload the Service or access other workspaces’ data.
• No use of the survey hosting features for phishing, credential collection, or spam distribution.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Plan limits (projects, AI generations, exports) are described on the plans page. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time; material reductions in functionality for paid plans will be communicated in advance where practical.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practical.
