InsightSpheric AI ("we", "us") provides an end-to-end market research platform: research design, questionnaire building, survey fieldwork, data preparation, analytics, and reporting. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website, the InsightSpheric AI application, and surveys hosted on our domain.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, company, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
• Project and research data — study configurations, questionnaires, uploaded datasets, and analysis outputs you create in the platform.
• Survey responses — answers submitted by respondents to surveys hosted at insightsphericai.com/survey links, collected on behalf of the researcher who published the survey.
• Payment data — subscription and billing information, processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data — log and device information needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

2. How we use data

• To provide the platform: run analyses, host surveys, store projects, and generate reports.
• To operate accounts, subscriptions, and support.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse (including automated survey submissions), and comply with law.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer research data for advertising.

3. Survey respondents

When you answer a survey hosted on our domain, the researcher who published that survey is the controller of your responses; InsightSpheric AI processes them on the researcher's behalf. Responses are used for market research purposes only. Unless the survey explicitly asks for it, respond­ents are not required to provide identifying information. Panel or agency identifiers passed in the survey link (used to credit participation) are stored with the response for de-duplication and quality control.

4. Sub-processors

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: Vercel (web hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and enterprise AI model providers (Google, Anthropic) for AI-assisted features. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

5. Retention

Account and project data are retained while your account is active. Researchers can delete projects, questionnaires, and collected responses at any time from the platform; deletion removes the data from the production database. Backup copies expire on a rolling schedule.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data is stored with row-level access controls so each workspace can only access its own projects and responses. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account holders can exercise these rights from within the platform or by contacting us. Survey respondents should contact the organisation that invited them to the survey; we will assist that organisation in fulfilling the request.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and we do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are set only with your prior consent, which you can give, change, or withdraw at any time.
